A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Allied Tours & Travel and, where applicable, complete payment per your invoice.

2. Pricing & Invoices

Prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary by departure date, group size, and season. Final pricing is confirmed on your invoice. All amounts are quoted in the currency stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Payment terms, methods, and due dates are specified on each invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposit, subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and amendment policies vary by tour and departure. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the policy communicated at the time of confirmation.

5. Travel Documents & Health

You are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance required for your destination. Allied Tours & Travel is not liable for denied entry or additional costs arising from incomplete documentation.

6. Liability

While we work with reputable partners, Allied Tours & Travel acts as an agent arranging travel services. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of third-party suppliers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control including weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings for the duration of your trip.
